What is the cost for a tailor made package?

Tailor made packages are for your enjoyment. Thus we encourage you to drop us a line on our contact form with your request and we will reply to you at the earliest.

Are the tours adequate for people with mobility problems?

We do our best to have tours at a leisurely pace, however should you have any mobility limits please inform us so that we can plan beforehand to cater for such.

Are gratuities to guides and drivers included?

No.

Is it expected?

Yes if you are happy with the service provided and you feel that the tour and service met your expectations. However it is at your discretion.

Is Lunch Included?

No unless requested beforehand

Do we have to stop for lunch?

We do understand that you had a  big breakfast, but guides and drivers need to refuel if its a full day tour.

What is the dress code for Churches.

Decent clothing that respect the site. Restriction on short shorts, straps, or strap less tops. Shawls will be provided in most Churches. 

Will the tour be cancelled in case of bad weather?

No, unless we feel that it is not safe for you.

Are we insured whilst on tour?

In the vehicle we provide every passenger is insured for accidents only. However we do suggest that you buy a travel policy that cover any other incident. We are not responsible for any losses, accidents and damages whilst on tour.

Is pick pocketing an issue?

Malta is considered to be a very safe country but we do suggest that you keep your belongings safe especially in crowded places.

Which Currencies are accepted>

Since 2008 Malta has introduced the Euro denomination. Although some establishments might accept other currencies we cannot guarantee it. Major Credit Cards are widely accepted.

How do we I pay for the service?

A 20% non refundable deposit will be requested upon confirmation of booking. The balance can be paid either via bank transfer or else when you meet your guide in Malta. You shall receive a receipt when a payments are effected.
