Terms and Conditions

• Ara Malta Tours act as an excursion organisers only.  We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity occurring during the course of the excursion. We do make our best to make sure that your day runs smoothly however we do suggest a travel insurance policy.

• Ara Malta confirms tours upon 20 percent pre-payment, remaing balance to be paid in euros whilst on the island.  Deposit can be paid through bank transfer or PayPal.

• We have a standard  72 hour cancellation policy.  Kindly note that you will have to forfeit your deposit if you do not cancel 72 hours prior to the date of tour.

• We do take bookings up till 24hrs before actual tour however we cannot promise that we would be available or that any other guide within our team will be.

• We try and conduct the tours ourselves however we work on a first come first served basis.  If we are not available we have a professional team of guides that work with us.  We are very selective when hiring guides because we want only the best for our clients.

• Photos taken by the guides during the tours can be used on Ara Malta Tours web site and social media.

• All prices quoted on this website are for guidance only and are based on a a minimum of one person

• ​Our last condition which is the most important for us is that we want you to enjoy your stay.  We do not just want it to be any other tour but THE tour that made your Malta memory unforgettable.
